Nicotine is really bad for the body, regardless of its kind. Although I'll admit that I am surprised to see smokeless tobacco, it is just as dangerous as the ordinary ones. It's really hard to stop a person's nicotine addiction. One way to stop it is by planning it ahead.

I hate alcohol. Now a days, young generations are addicted to alcohol. If they can't then they want to consult doctors for better solution.
